2026 Texas Oyster Round Up

WaterStreet Restaurants are located at Lomax & Water Streets in downtown Corpus Christi: WaterStreet Oyster Bar Executive Surf Club Central Kitchen Bakery El Camino
Please join us for a day of food, fun, and everything OYSTERS!
Saturday, February 28, 2026 from 12:00-6:00pm at WaterStreet Restaurants in downtown Corpus Christi.
The annual Texas Oyster Round Up is a FREE family friendly event that features Texas oysters, live music, and lots of oyster-related fun.
We'll have esteemed guest speakers including Dr. Bill Walton from the Virginia Institure of Marine Science and Dr. Lindsay Glass Campbell from the Texas Department of Parks and Wildlife. We'll offer a FREE farmed oyster tasting room, other speakers on oyster aquaculture and environmental issues, as well as children’s activities. Our friends from Sink Your Shucks™ will even be onsite collecting oyster shells for restoration of natural habitats!
